Stayed here while visiting relatives in Greenville for a couple nights. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were in good condition. Didn't have time to enjoy the recreational portion of facilities. Bed were comfortable. Appliances were well taken care of. Gas fireplace was relaxing. Great place to stay outside of Gatlinburg.

The people are nice. We have been here alot and usually we love the rooms, and the one we got this weekend wasn't horrible, but there was no thought into the design of certain things. You can't open certain drawers without opening the oven due to the handle bar being in the way. The sink knobs won't turn all the way because of the spout being in the way. The view is pretty, but that's about it. If you don't mind hardly any cell service(don't come for business unless wifi is good enough), the location is good. Door dash doesn't deliver.

We stayed here a week and the staff was so delightful!!!! Very informative, gave us any extra items we needed from tide to towels and even sticks for the fire pit to make smores. Comfy clean rooms and all utensils and dishes you could need. Only thing missing was a cheese shredder lol. Clean pools/hot tub, property is kept up, and like the amenities. Wish the game room was free as our youngest one wasn't able to do anything as only the pool table was free. Overall not a bad stay at all and would return.

Updated* now I am getting solicitation calls because we stayed here! No where did I read or knowingly sign something agreeing to sell my information. I would not stay here again.* We really loved the room! Felt like a home away from home. However it's not as close to Gatlinburg as we felt was advertised. The staff was nice but we didn't appreciate getting a call to our room after 9pm from the front staff trying to sell us on a timeshare event. She kept us on the phone for like 20 minutes trying to convince us to go to the event the next day. This was Definitely annoying.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice balcony and screened in porch. Game room on propert. Coil stove tops need to be upgraded, personal preference. A little out of the way, but that could be a bonus for some people.
